Our mission at Quran Tutor For Kids is to nurture young hearts, teaching the Quran, correct pronunciation, and Tajweed in a safe and engaging online environment. By enrolling your child, parents agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
These terms ensure a smooth and beneficial learning experience for your child while maintaining our commitment to quality education.
1. Free Trial Classes
We offer a 5-day free trial for new students. This allows your child to experience our teaching style before making a commitment.
Parents may continue the learning journey by subscribing to a monthly plan, billed in advance.
2. Makeup Classes Policy
Makeup classes are available with prior notice and under special circumstances:
Advance Notice Required
Inform us at least 1 day in advance via email or our support team if a class cannot be attended.
Regular Attendance
Regular attendance is crucial for steady progress.
Tutor Availability
Makeup classes are scheduled based on tutor availability.
3. Monthly Progress Reports
Parents receive a monthly report detailing your child's progress:

Pronunciation and Tajweed rule mastery
Hifz Milestones
Memorization achievements and progress
Participation & Engagement

4. Fees Payment Terms
Monthly Billing
Fees are billed monthly, not per class.
Payment Due Date
Payments are due within 10 days of the invoice date.
Late Payment Charges
Late payments may incur additional charges.
Fee Coverage
Fees cover technical expenses, tutor salaries, and operational costs.

5. Discounts for Early Payments
Advance Payment Benefits
Discounts apply to advance payments for quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly plans.
Late Payment Consequences
If payment is delayed beyond 10 days, discounts are revoked and a 10% late fee may apply.
Non-Refundable Policy
Fees are non-refundable for missed classes unless prior notice is given.
6. Class Suspension Due to Non-Payment
If fees remain unpaid for more than 10 days, Quran Tutor For Kids reserves the right to suspend classes.
Payments made via card will appear under Quran Tutor For Kids.
7. Transaction Fees
A 5.5% processing fee may apply to the total monthly fee to cover transaction costs.
